The company’s data sits on three levels:

The company’s original data. It never leaves the company’s boundary.

C1 · PSEUDONYMISED

The same data, pseudonymised inside the boundary. It may travel.

C2 · COMPANY MODEL

The Digital Twin: how your organisation works. It may travel.

Only C1 and C2 may leave the company’s boundary. The control that refuses anything else is part of the structure, not a setting.

Opposite it stands a model of proven best practice. The difference becomes a blueprint, and npOS is designed so that only a person can turn a blueprint into change.

npOS is being built to show two truths: how much is live, and how mature it really is, proven by evidence.
